How To Make An Incredible Rorowo Soup
ROROWO SOUP INGREDIENTS
- Rorowo vegetable
- Scotch bonnet (4 pieces) Bell pepper (5 pieces)
- Onions (1 bulb)
- Shrimps
- deshelled Snails, washed and already steamed with salt and stock cube
- Stock cubes and table salt
- Palm oil
- Locust beans
- water
STEPS TO PREPARING ROROWO SOUP
- Shred rorowo vegetable and set aside
- Wash smoked and dried fish. Debone fish and set aside
- Blend pepper and onions together, and set aside
- Place a medium size pot on heat, add 125ml of palm oil and leave for 1 minute to heat
- Add blended pepper and onion paste
- Add shrimps and snails
- Add Locust beans, Stock cube, table salt, and for five minutes for all to boil together.
- Add some shredded rorowo, and cover for two minutes to steam
- Turn off the heat and prepare to enjoy your okra with pando yam.
