How To Make An Incredible Rorowo Soup

ROROWO SOUP INGREDIENTS

  1. Rorowo vegetable
  2. Scotch bonnet (4 pieces) Bell pepper (5 pieces)
  3. Onions (1 bulb)
  4. Shrimps
  5. deshelled Snails, washed and already steamed with salt and stock cube
  6. Stock cubes and table salt
  7. Palm oil
  8. Locust beans
  9. water

STEPS TO PREPARING ROROWO SOUP

  1. Shred rorowo vegetable and set aside
  2. Wash smoked and dried fish. Debone fish and set aside
  3. Blend pepper and onions together, and set aside
  4. Place a medium size pot on heat, add 125ml of palm oil and leave for 1 minute to heat
  5. Add blended pepper and onion paste
  6. Add shrimps and snails
  7. Add Locust beans, Stock cube, table salt, and for five minutes for all to boil together.
  8. Add some shredded rorowo, and cover for two minutes to steam
  9. Turn off the heat and prepare to enjoy your okra with pando yam.
